Today we had a meeting at the Anaheim Convention Center about the 2010 All Star Games here in Anaheim in July.

Here is what I was excited about:

The Angels have committed $2 million to fix up a baseball park named Pioneer Park in Anaheim. They are adding an entire baseball park for special needs children.

They are going to have a parade and shut down some of the streets - namely they will be right by our hotel! Window rooms that face Katella will be at a premium. Normally this hotel's window rooms facing the fireworks are at a premium!

Finally, they are going to have little Mickey Angel statues around orange county. I think they are so cute and I can just hear little kids trying to find their team's Mickey so that they can get a picture with them.
