I couldn't resist going down to see one of my favorite cities - Vicksburg Mississippi.
It is a city with so much rich heritage and history.
These pictures really don't tell the story as well as if you were there in person.

I love that there is an American flag in the middle of the bridge over the Mississippi River.
Water coming literally right onto the road.

The irony is that on the side of the building it says OPEN.
But you can see on the other side that water is coming into the warehouse that doubles as a furniture store.
A landmark building flooded halfway up to the windows on the first floor.
