I like walking when I'm at the Holiday Inn Express Anaheim. I have a route that I walk - up Harbor, past Katella. Over by the Disney hotels - Paradise Pier and Grand California Resort. In the side entrance of Downtown Disney and to Harbor. It is a great people watching walk.
Then I pick up dinner on my way back to the hotel and generally eat in my room. Sometimes I'll eat at the restaurant - just depends on how I'm feeling. Last night I ate in the restaurant and enjoyed one of my favorite salads. Field greens with balsamic vinegar and gorgonzola cheese at California Pizza Kitchen. YUM!
