Wonder what this contraption is? It is a fake bird that is down by the lake in Sheboygan to detract seagulls. It makes a hideous noise as well.

I remember at my old hotel in Milwaukee we had a serious problem with geese. We had a back lot that wasn't developed and every year we would have so many geese....and geese create goose poop. The parking lot would be a mess. We tried everything from bull horns to chasing them down. We finally had an exterminator recommend something that worked. We bought geese and decapitated them so that the geese wouldn't want to come onto our property. It worked. We had to move them every few days so the stupid birds wouldn't "catch on".

Seeing this yesterday in Sheboygan reminded me of those days and the goose poop!
