Alex and I had the opportunity to tailgate with Mr Keith at LSU. We had so much fun.

Alex got to try Cane's Chicken. This restaurant has a great story - so be sure to click on the link and learn a bit about it. I think that Alex liked this out of all the other food he tried at the tailgate. He tried boudin.
He also tried cajun sausage.

We also were alerted that one of the traditions of going to the LSU games is to be on Victory Hill. This is where the football players come down to get into the stadium, the marching band comes down, and the cheerleaders.


We had great tickets (thanks to a FB friend from Baton Rouge who had a connection).

We had to get him an LSU t-shirt because there was purple and gold everywhere. He wanted to feel like a college student. Do you think he looks like one?
