Challenger 7 Memorial Park.

I didn't know that existed.
I found it on the map and went to check it out. It was huge with several pavilions and trails.

With 100 acres set aside for a bird sanctuary as well as three elevated observation platforms, views of Clear Creek, a learning center, pavilion, picnic area and man made pond that is available to the public for fishing and stocked yearly with large Mouth Bass and Catfish, there is something for everyone in the family.

When looking at the memorial you realize the design is an exact color reproduction of the the logo that the crew members designed themselves for the mission. The memorial that states "On January 28, 1986, the Space Ship Challenger, during mission 51-L, exploded at 11:39am, seventy three seconds after lift off, killing all aboard" is awe inspiring.
