I love Bonefish Grill - it almost never disappoints. And you can't pass up bang bang shrimp! When in Mississippi, I got to go to a Bonefish I hadn't been to before with two of our team members. We got to chit chatting with the manager of the location. I told him how we had a Candlewood in Lafayette and they built a Bonefish across the street and what a great relationship the GM of our hotel had with the GM of the restaurant. He told me that most locations do around 25% liquor sales and that is considered a good mix. Bonefish Grill Lafayette Louisiana does 34% on average! Those crazy cajuns!
