We met Ms Cindy and Mr Greg at Acme Oyster House to celebrate her award. She is the General Manager at the Baymont Inn & Suites Houma. She has been there since the hotel was under construction. She and her team have worked hard and I'm thrilled that she got the TOP Baymont in the system.




Mr Greg took Alex over to see the man who was shucking the oysters. He let Alex have a raw one on the house. Alex ate (if you can call it that) the oyster before I could even get the camera out.
He also tried char-broiled oysters (which he liked the most; he shared a dozen with Mr Greg) and fried oysters.
