I'm staying in a full service hotel which means there is a restaurant and room service.
I'm in a room at the very end of the hallway.
I got to my room tonight around 9pm.
Around 9:30, I smelled wings or some kind of bar food strongly.
I thought maybe someone left their tray in the hallway and that is what I smell.
I peeked my head out the door.
Nope.
But the smell was even stronger.
That is when I realized the room across the hallway was having dinner.
Nasty smell!
I went downstairs in my jammies and got some matches. I happened to have a candle from Ikea and I sure did light it to help me from going crazy.
.................
For my second stink story of the week
I was staying at a hotel in Houston over the weekend that happened to have a couple of basketball teams. Those kids get bored.
Before you knew it, we smelled rotten eggs. My room and Rod's room which was across the hall and down 4 rooms both stank something ferocious.
Rod had told the kids at some point to be quiet (in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday) and those kids wanted revenge. They let out a stink bomb in front of his door or maybe through the vent system - and we all suffered.

It was brutal!
